Hunters Rendezvous Chili Supper to be held Friday at Lieber SRA

CLOVERDALE -- Area hunters and others are invited to kick off the deer hunting firearms season with the annual Lieber State Recreation Area Hunters Rendezvous Chili Supper on Friday, Nov. 15, the eve of the season's opening day.

The supper will be at the nature center from 7-9 p.m. A conservation officer will answer questions about hunting regulations.

The event also will offer euchre, hunting films and the chance to swap tales. The cost for chili, a drink and dessert is $2.
