Williams - 60th Anniversary

Cecil Williams and Beverly (Phelps) Williams, both formerly of Marshall, were married Dec. 6, 1953 at the residence of Edmund Rudicel, justice of the peace in Clinton.

Cecil retired from Kentucky Stone/Hanson Aggregates Stone Co. in Russellville. Beverly has been a wife, mother and homemaker throughout her life.

They are the proud parents of Gale and Christine of Rockville, Rodney and Lori of Annapolis, Patricia Luann McVay of Huntington, Texas, and Jeff and Sharon of Ladoga. Two daughters, Debra Lynn and Roxanne, are deceased.

The Millers are also proud of several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Celebrating 60 years of marriage, the couple will renew their vows at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 with Pastor Rodney Coffman officiating at the Waveland Christian in Action Church, State Road 59 South.

Friends and family are welcome to attend the renewal of vows with a small reception following at the church.
