TERRE HAUTE -- A woman and her boyfriend were arrested Monday evening on various allegations of a sexual nature against an 11-year-old female family member of the woman.

Victoria Lynn Anderson, 29, and Jeremy Scott Doerr, 36, both of Cloverdale, were arrested by state troopers 8 p.m. and incarcerated in the Vigo County Jail.

Anderson and Doerr both face felony charges of vicarious sexual gratification, a Class C felony; child solicitation, D felony; sexual battery, D felony; child molestation, D felony; and dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, D felony

Anderson faces an additional Class D felony charge of neglect of a dependent.

The Indiana State Police investigation began on Friday after the 11-year-old female victim alerted another family member about the molestation.

The family member contacted the Putnam County Department of Child Services, which then contacted the Indiana State Police Putnamville District.

During the investigation, ISP detectives developed information alleging that Anderson and Doerr showed the victim various sexual related pictures and videos, engaged in various sexual acts in front of the young victim and then required the young victim to engage in various sex acts with the couple and again with Doerr independently.

The alleged acts occurred earlier this month during a weekend stay at a motel located near Margaret Avenue in Terre Haute.

The case was investigated by ISP Detectives First Sergeant Jeff Hearon, Sam Stearley and Mike Taylor.

Assisting was the Putnam County Department of Child Services.
