Mary Elizabeth 'Betty' Wilson

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Wilson, 93, Roachdale, passed away at The Waters of Greencastle Monday morning, Jan. 13, 2014.

She was born on Aug. 8, 1920 at Roachdale to Charles and Nina Linley Hanna.

Betty graduated from Roachdale High School and attended Purdue University. She was a member of the Roachdale Presbyterian Church and the Delta Theta Tau Sorority.

She married Donald Cully Wilson on Oct. 5, 1946 in Roachdale and he survives.

Other survivors include three sons, Donn Steven Wilson of Rockville, David M. (Ivette) Wilson of Waynetown and Dennis J. (Maria) Wilson of Roachdale; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services are planned for 2 p.m. on Thursday Jan. 16 at the Roachdale Presbyterian Church with Rev. David Bower officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Roachdale Cemetery.
