North Putnam announces dates for Kindergarten Round-Up

North Putnam Community School Corporation has announced Kindergarten Round-Up for both Bainbridge and Roachdale elementary schools is set for Tuesday, April 15. Both events are set for 6 p.m.

Parents should enroll their children at Bainbridge Elementary or Roachdale Elementary depending on where they reside. Children should accompany their parents to Round-Up because they will be meeting the kindergarten teachers and learning about school.

The Round-Up will last an hour to an hour and a half.

Children who will be five years of age on or before Aug. 1, 2014 are eligible to enter the Kindergarten class for next year.

Parents must bring a legal birth certificate and proof of immunizations to Round-Up.

Attendance at Kindergarten Round-Up is very important, however those unable to attend should contact the respective school offices to verify their child's placement in kindergarten for 2013-14.
