Wendy's Remodel

Removal of the Wendy's signs has created a buzz in Cloverdale since Monday afternoon. However, despite rumors of the restaurant shutting down, the restaurant owner, who declined to be identified, told the Banner Graphic that the Cloverdale Wendy's will be closed for an undetermined amount of time as it undergoes remodeling. The remodeling will reportedly include new signage, which is said to be required by the Wendy's corporation.

  • Kind of unsettling that the owner of a fast food restaurant would decline to be identified. I'll be sure to avoid Wendy's for that reason alone.

  • It is said that employees had no idea this was happening. Seems strange if it is just a remodel.
