Kiwanis pancake breakfast location now at Moose Lodge

The May 10 Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast and First Christian Church plant and bake sale are scheduled for that Saturday morning, but have changed locations.

Both events will be at the Greencastle Moose Lodge on Madison Street, between Washington and Franklin streets.

Breakfast is set for 7-11 a.m., with the plant and bake sale from 8 a.m. until noon.

Kiwanis Club members will be serving its usual menu of eggs, sausage, all-you-can-eat pancakes and drinks for $5.

The First Christian Women's Fellowship will offer home-baked goodies and indoor and outdoor plants.

Both organizations offered "many thanks" to the Greencastle Moose for offering the use of their hall and parking lot due to the Indiana Street project.

All donations help both organizations to use their funds for charitable work in Putnam County, such as scholarships and other non-profit organizations.

Breakfast tickets can be purchased from any Kiwanian or at the door.
