Festival of Bloom to take place May 10 in Cloverdale

CLOVERDALE -- The second annual Festival of Bloom in Cloverdale is scheduled for Saturday, May 10 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the Farmers Market lot located at Logan and Lafayette streets.

The event will feature vendors offering garden plants, flower arrangements, flower goods, jewelry, baked items and more.

Additionally, lunch and/or dinner of barbecue smoked pork and brisket of the Smoking Mann Barbecue Co. will be available.

The weekly Farmers Market in Cloverdale has also now begun with limited hours, 10 a.m.-noon, through May with garden plants and flowers as the featured sales.

A seasonal vendor cost of $20 allows individuals the opportunity to sell their homegrown produce and crafted goods at the market. A pop-up or one-time cost of $10 is also available.

No wholesale produce is allowed for resale at the market.
