BAINBRIDGE-- The next semi-annual Jonah Fish Fry, sponsored by the Bainbridge Improvement Society (BIS), will be Friday, June 13 at the Bainbridge Community Building on U.S. 36.

New this year will be door prizes from local merchants to be given throughout the dinner hour. The event affords a great time for greeting and visiting with friends of the community.

Serving will be from 4:30-8 p.m. Carryout meals will be available.

Cost is $8.50 for all-you-can-eat fish, two sides, dessert and a drink. A hot dog meal is $4.

All proceeds go to help BIS support its various community projects such as the youth sports leagues, the annual July 4 Mortonville Fireworks Show at the east edge of town, the Bainbridge Fire Department, Clean-Up Day, and a variety of educational classes.
