Funeral services for Mitzi Ann Hall, 79, Lawton, Okla., were conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, June 23 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Lawton, with Rev. Don Howard, Pastor officiating.

Mrs. Hall passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at her home.

Burial was in Sunset Memorial Gardens under the direction of the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home in Lawton.

Ann was born on July 6, 1934 in Putnam County on a farm west of Morton, Ind., and was the only child of Wayne and Mildred (Firestone) Alexander.

She attended public school at Morton and graduated from Bainbridge High School.

She attended Methodist Hospital School of Nursing, Indianapolis, and Cameron College. She was a member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

She married Arthur B. Crawley Jr. in February 1955 at Brazil, Ind They were stationed at numerous Army installations in the United States, Europe and Hawaii.

They had one daughter, Cathy Ann Crawley Richardson.

She moved to Lawton in 1960. She married Donal D. Hall Sr. in Las Vegas, Nev., Oct. 31, 1970. He preceded her in death April 3,1995.

She was a legal secretary. She worked for several attorneys and the District Attorney's Office before being employed by Civil Service for 13 years in the office of the Staff Judge Advocate. At the time of her retirement she was awarded the Army Achievement Medal and the Commander's Award for Civilian Service.

After her retirement she continued working part time for attorney Jeff Shaw until 2011.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Ann Richardson; granddaughter Shelby Ann Waldron, and many relatives and friends in Greencastle.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
