Martha L. Stone

Martha L. Stone, 93, of Greencastle, passed away at The Waters of Greencastle July 13, 2014.

She was born July 1, 1921 in Stinesville. She was the daughter of Ott and Lena (Beckman)Sims.

She married Dominic Stone Dec. 25, 1945, and he survives. She worked at P.R. Mallory in Greencastle and was a member at Brick Chapel United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sister-in-law Rosemary Brozenske of Cloverdale and family friend John Clements of Greencastle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Mary Haviland and Josephine Stivers and brothers Lee Sims and Bill Sims.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 15 at 1 p.m. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Entombment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis.
