League of Women Voters to sponsor 'Strong Schools' event

On Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 7 p.m. at Greencastle City Hall, the Greencastle League of Women Voters will be presenting "Strong Schools, Strong Communities."

Trish Whitcomb Sipes, special advisor to Glenda Ritz, Superintendent of Public Instruction will be the special speaker.

The meeting is open to the public and everyone is welcome.

A time for questions will be provided at the end of the presentation.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government.
