Zinc Mill Terrace

Community and business leaders gathered Thursday to cut the ribbon on the new Zinc Mill Terrace Apartments between Veterans Memorial Highway and Tennessee Street. Owner Brad Emmert said the construction process was a long one, but the Emmert Group is happy to now be a part of the Greencastle community.
