INDOT winter work job fair set for Thursday at Cloverdale

CRAWFORDSVILLE -- The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) aims to hire multiple seasonal winter program workers at upcoming job fairs over the next two weeks, including one at Cloverdale on Thursday, Oct. 23.

Successful hires will work as snow plow drivers during snow and ice events and may perform general highway maintenance duties during the winter season (November-March). Seasonal opportunities are available throughout west-central Indiana, including Cloverdale, Crawfordsville, Terre Haute, West Lafayette and Frankfort.

Qualified applicants are asked to bring their valid commercial driver's license and resume with them to one of the following job fairs:

-- Terre Haute: Monday, Oct. 20, from 12:30- 3:30 p.m. at 5693 E. Sony Drive.

-- Cloverdale: Thursday, Oct. 23, from 1-4 p.m. at 10 High St.

-- West Lafayette: Friday, Oct. 24, from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at 1205 Montgomery St.

-- Crawfordsville: Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 1-4 p.m. at 41 W. 300 North, Crawfordsville.

-- Frankfort: Thursday, Oct. 30, from 1-4 p.m. at 1675 W. State Road 28.
