High Wire Act

Precariously perched in a bucket above East Washington Street, Greencastle Public Works Department employee Matt Jordan not only has the wind and cold to contend with as he changes out the street banner just east of Spring Street, but passing semis as well. Ground control is provided Wednesday afternoon by Adam Jones and Jamie Adams as Jordan changes the banner from a message about the Monon Bell football game to one concerning the City of Greencastle's Stellar Community project in progress.
