It was like old home week Tuesday afternoon at Eli's Bookstore in Greencastle as visiting authors Charity Singleton Craig (left) and Ann Kroeker (center) were greeted by Greeencastle resident Diane Flint, who taught Kroeker English and Latin at Cascade High School in Hendricks County. Kroeker, formerly of Plainfield, and Craig, a Greencastle area native and South Putnam graduate, have collaborated on the recently published book "On Being a Writer," which explores the writing life the reader has and the one he wishes for. Craig and Kroeker will return to Greencastle for an authors' event at the Putnam County Public Library on Wednesday, Feb. 11 from 6-7:30 p.m. (Photo by ERIC BERNSEE)
