* At 4:49 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3, Alexis Wainman, 32, Greencastle, was northbound on County Road 675 East near County Road 300 South.

Wainman advised Sgt. Gregg Slover that she began to slow her 2009 Honda Uex due to a curve in the road when it began to hydroplane.

Wainman then lost control of the vehicle, left the road and struck an unattached garage at the location.

Damage was estimated at $5,001-$10,000.

* At 10 a.m. on Thursday, Warren E. Stevenson, 70, Lewis, was westbound on County Road 825 South, attempting to negotiate a curve at County Road 600 East. Meanwhile, Chelsi N. Sheffer, 28, Brazil, was northbound on County Road 600 East, attempting to negotiate a curve at County Road 825 South.

Sheffer advised Col. Tom Helmer that as she turned to the right and applied the brakes on her 2005 Saturn Vue, the tires started sliding on the snow- and ice-covered roadway, causing it to collide with the left front and side of Stevenson's 2005 Chevrolet Express 4x2.

Stevenson advised he attempted to avoid a collision by steering to the right, but was unable to do so.

Damage was estimated at $2,501-$5,000.
