Greenbacks for Pink

The Greencastle High School girls' and boys' basketball teams, along with the GHS cheerleaders, hosted a breast cancer awareness night on Jan. 16. The teams were able to raise $766.32 to be donated to the Attack for the Cure, a fund that helps women from Putnam County who have a financial-based need to be able to have a mammogram screening. The fund was set up by Greencastle volleyball coaches Trish Lowe and Deborah Miller in 2009.
