PCH to host Fit for Life classes

Looking to get into shape for summer? Proper nutrition in your diet is key, and the Fit for Life class at Putnam County Hospital can help you change your lifestyle to meet your goals.

Fit for Life classes will be conducted every Monday in April (the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th) from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Classroom 3 at PCH.

Topics will include hand-on cooking demonstrations, healthy fast-food options, cooking on a budget, exercises to fit your lifestyle, and meal plans and recipes.

The cost for the four-week class is $30 per person, or $50 for a couple.
