McDonald's honors Saul as Outstanding Restaurant Manager
CLOVERDALE -- McDonald's management and employees gathered recently at Latitude 360 in Indianapolis to honor Cloverdale McDonald's Manager LaDonna Saul with an Outstanding Restaurant Manager Award for 2014.
The award is given to exemplify a commitment to satisfying guests, developing fellow employees and an overall commitment to quality, service, cleanliness and operational excellence.
Saul has improved daily operations and profitability, developed a strong team of managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and goes above and beyond to build the business, Bob Jedele, McDonald's of Central Indiana owner/operator and co-op president, said.
"We, as an organization, are proud that LaDonna truly cares about her people and their development both professionally and personally, which is what gives her such great success," Jedele, added. "As a result of her operational influence, her restaurant has consistently beaten the local competition, and has been able to capture more and more sales and transactions."
Saul has been with the Jedele organization for seven years, and she has been a store manager for more than five years.
