Sheriff's Department

Four individuals have been placed into the custody of the Putnam County Jail recently.

* At 12:40 a.m. Thursday, Allison Marie Hayden, 24, Fillmore, was arrested on a charge of operating while intoxicated.

* At 3:38 p.m. Thursday, Damon John Miller, 38, Terre Haute, was arrested on a warrant for nonsupport of a dependent.

* At 10 p.m. Thursday, Jennifer Michelle Moore, 36, Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of domestic battery, possession of marijuana and sale of marijuana.

* At 11:50 p.m. Thursday, Billie Jack Wetzel Jr, 25, of Greencastle, was arrested on charges of domestic battery and possession of marijuana.

City Fire

The Greencastle Fire Department performed two medical assists and responded to one other dispatch this week.

* At 5:40 p.m. Thursday, the GFD received a call at the station about a possible hazardous spill at 700 Rockville Rd. The department investigated and did not find any hazardous materials.
