Glen A. Hutchins Jr.

Glen A. Hutchins Jr., 85, of Cloverdale, passed away Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 in the Summerfield Health Care Center in Cloverdale.

Born Dec. 26, 1929 in Hendricks County, he was the son of Glen A. Hutchins and Bertha G. (Wheeler) Hutchins.

He married Peggy Sechman, and she preceded him in death.

Glen was a fork truck operator for IBM for 32 years, retiring in 1987.

He served in the Army during the Korean War.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 58 and VFW Post 1550.

His hobby was horse pulling.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Fellows, Greencastle, and Barbara Hutchins, Beech Grove; a grandson and caregiver Todd Trinkle, Mooresville.

His wife, parents and a brother, Sam Hutchins, preceded him in death.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the Walnut Chapel Cemetery. Military burial rites will perform the committal services.
