Local VBS Schedules

Union Chapel UMC

Union Chapel United Methodist Church will host a "Beach Party" for its 2015 vacation Bible school. VBS will start on Sunday, June 7 and run nightly from 6-8 p.m. through Friday, June 12.

Children age three and older are invited to attend.

Bible stories, music, crafts, games, snacks and much more are planned. On Monday through Thursday evenings, a light meal will be served starting at 5:30 p.m. for VBS participants.

On Friday the program will begin at 7 p.m. followed by a meal for children and guests.

Cloverdale Church of Christ

Cloverdale Church of Christ will host vacation Bible school beginning on Sunday, June 7 and ending on Thursday, June 11 from 6-8 p.m. each evening.

Students should come prepared to study God's word with the theme from the book of Acts of "Team Possible."

Cloverdale Church of Christ is located at 155 N. Main St. and can be reached at 795-6233.

New Maysville Community Church

New Maysville Community Church will be having its vacation Bible school the week of June 15-19 at 6:30 p.m.

Children from two years old to junior high are welcome to learn of God's love and see what exciting thing He has to tell you.

All are invited to join in the fellowship with lessons, songs, crafts and fun with others.

The church is located at 6817 E. CR 900 North, Roachdale.

Registration will also be available for the Wee Worship Daycare and Preschool, which will open on Aug. 3.

Registration will be from 5:30-6:30 p.m. the week of June 15, followed by VBS.

Greencastle Christian Church

Greencastle Christian Church is hosting a dinosaur adventure museum VBS titled "A Week at the Museum," which will feature full and partial dinosaur fossils from the Mobile Museum of Earth History.

The event runs June 22-26 at Greencastle Christian Church, 20 Primrose Lane, Greencastle.

Dinner will be served nightly from 5:15-6 p.m. and then the activities are in session from 6:15-8:30 p.m. each night.

All potty-trained children age three through fifth grade (just completed) are invited to come and enjoy the events. Online registration can be done at www.greencastle.cc.org under the kids and students home page.

Stilesville Christian Church

Stilesville Christian Church will host a "Son Spark Labs" for its 2015 vacation Bible school.

VBS will run June 22 through 26 from 9-11:30 a.m. each day. The closing program will be during the 10:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday, June 28.

Children from age three through entering sixth grade are invited.

Activities will include Bible stories, music, crafts and games.
