Sunday, June 21, 2015
Putnam County Sheriff's Department Animal Control officers Randy Patric and Rodney Cline educate "Kids First" camp at Heritage Lake about how to avoid being bitten by a dog. Sheriff Scott Stockton said according to www.dog-bite-law.com, nationally 60 percent of dog bite victims are children. These lessons are meant to help prevent kids from becoming one of those statistics. Stockton invited anyone wanting more information or educational programs on this topic to contact his office at 653-3211. (Courtesy photo)
