Travis Lee Tharp

Travis Lee Tharp, 38, of Poland, passed away Monday, June 29, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born Jan. 10, 1977 in Greencastle to Wayne A. Tharp and Olivia (King) Fasulko.

He attended the Spencer Christian Church and was a member of DAG Re-enactment group and participated in Church Softball League in Greencastle.

He is survived by his mother, Olivia Fasulko of Poland; his father and stepmother, Wayne and Debbie Tharp of Brazil; siblings Shawn (Stephanie) Tharp of Poland, Erin White of Greencastle, Esther Olinde of Denham Springs, La., Elizabeth Fasulko of Crawfordsville, Erin (Scott) Yates of Terre Haute, and Jennifer Tharp of Brazil; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ereatious O. and Helen E. King, and Cassell R. "Tom" and Dorothy Tharp, and his stepfather, Joseph Fasulko.

A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 18 at the Greencastle Church of the Nazarene.
