FOP sets first golf event for Aug. 29

The inaugural Putnam County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 92 Charity Golf Classic is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 29.

The scramble is being played to benefit the Indiana Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors.

Registration is set for 11 a.m. with a noon shotgun start at Clover Meadows Golf Course, 1999 E. CR 1100 South, Cloverdale.

The registration fee is $55 per person ($220 per team).

Registration forms can be downloaded from the website www.fop92golf.com or picked up at the Greencastle Police Department.

Hole sponsorships are still available for $50 per hole.
