Lois Martha Williams

Lois Martha Williams, 100, Greencastle, passed away on July 19, 2015 at Hickory Creek at Sunset.

She was born on July 21, 1914 at Bicknell, Ind., and was the daughter of the late Loren Hill and Lou (Fowler) Hill.

She was married to Earl Manford Williams on Nov. 4, 1932, and he preceded her in death on March 1, 2003.

She is survived by her sons, James Williams and wife Maxine, Greencastle, and Joseph Lee Williams and wife Linda, Coatesville; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

She was a homemaker, a member of the Staunton Christian Church and the Eastern Star and had been employed as a cook at the former Old Trail Inn.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Larry Eugene Williams, Robert Earl Williams and William Loren Williams.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22 at the Cloverdale Cemetery.
