Making Fitness a Snap

Sunday, August 2, 2015
With twice as much space as before (now 4,200 square feet) and brand new ownership in place, officials at Snap Fitness, 1752 Indianapolis Rd., Greencastle, join Greater Greencastle Chamber of Commerce representatives in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the facility located in the strip center in front of the Walmart store. Locally owned by Angie and Jon Tesmer, Snap Fitness is a 24/7 operation offering circuit training, fitness classes, zumba and pilates. It is not necessary to sign a contract to use Snap Fitness, persons may go on a month-to-month basis, Tesmer said. Chamber Executive Director Brian Cox (left) holds one end of the ribbon as Chamber Vice President Amy Trusty holds the other with (from second left) Jessyca South, owners Angie and Jon Tesmer and Chamber representatives Jenny Sullivan and Susan Lorimer take part. In back (from left) are Chamber member Lori Lucas, Snap Fitness regulars Kenny Corbin, Steve Sallee and Steve Gibson, Chamber Past President Bret Hurley and Terina Widner. Snap Fitness opened the Greencastle location in 2010 and Angie Tesmer has worked there since 2012. (Banner Graphic/ERIC BERNSEE)
