Scroggin Reunion

The Scroggin family reunion took place in French Lick on June 6 and 7.

Attending the reunion were Robert and Karen Scroggin from Fishers, Frank and Rebecca Scroggin from Savannah (Wilmington Island), Ga., Allan and Rita Scroggin from Farmingdale, Mich., Phyllis Scroggin from Greencastle, Juanita and Doug Smith from Greencastle, and Sharon and Jack Cox from Groveland. Also attending were many of their children and grandchildren.

It had been 10 years since all the brothers and sisters have been together.

Frank and Allan served in the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam during 1967, although at different bases. Robert served in the U.S. Navy during that time.

Saturday evening a total of 36 family members attended the reunion banquet at the Row Boat Café in French Lick. Group photos were taken afterward. Sunday afternoon, June 7 a large picnic was held at the Lake Patoka campgrounds.

A great time was had by all.
