Tad Robinson to be featured at Sept. 18 Danville event

DANVILLE -- Carnival De Arts, the annual fundraising event for the Hendricks County Arts Council, will be staged Sept. 18.

The event is scheduled from 6-10 p.m. at the Hendricks County 4-H Conference and Complex Center, 1900 E. Main St., Danville.

This year's theme "Carnival De Arts" will offer the sounds and sights of carnival, New Orleans and the blues.

Guests can enjoy an evening of casino games, a dinner buffet, cash bar and a variety of entertainment opportunities.

The Tad Robinson Band will be the evening's featured entertainment. The Greencastle bluesman has caught the attention of the music world with seven Blues Music Award nominations.
