Video: Blues Side Up, Robinson play Crown Street Music Festival

The Crown Street Music Festival took place Sunday, benefiting the Family and Youth Community Development Program.

Acts included Chris Wurster, Rockology music students, Convergence, Blues Side Up and Tad Robinson.


Blues Side Up's set featured a cover of the 1965 Smokey Robinson and the Miracles hit "Ooh Baby Baby." Band members include Jerome Mills on vocals and bass, drummer Dennis Rivers and guitarist, band founder and new FYCDP board member Steve St. Pierre.


The Tad Robinson Band played the O.V. Wright soul classic "A Nickel and a Nail" during its set of soul blues. Band members are guitarist Paul Hoven, drummer Jeff Chapin, Robinson on vocals and harmonica and bassist Dave Murray.
