GPD offering hunter education class

The Greencastle Police Department will be hosting a hunter education class in the upcoming week at Harris Hall at the Putnam County Fairgrounds.

This is a 10-hour course, so participants must attend all three sessions.

The three dates are as follows:

* Tuesday, Oct. 6: 6-9 p.m.

* Thursday, Oct. 8: 6-9 p.m.

* Saturday Oct. 10: 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
