Friends of the Park selling Butter Braid Pastry as fundraiser

The Greencastle Friends of the Park Association will be selling Butter Braid Pastry as a fall fundraiser to help support youth programming.

The pastry item is unique as a frozen product ready to be baked for the enjoyment of homemade freshness. All you have to do is thaw, rise, bake and drizzle with icing, ready to enjoy.

Each Butter Braid pastry is a hand-braided treat filled with several flavor choices.

The classic Butter Braid favorites include: Apple, cinnamon, strawberry cream cheese and caramel rolls at $14 with double chocolate at $15.

Additional savings and flavors are available in the new value packs:

-- "All American Flavors" three-pack of apple, cherry and cinnamon, $40.

-- "Cream Cheese Lovers" three-pack of blueberry cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese and cream cheese, $40.

-- The biggest variety savings is the six-pack Sampler: Raspberry, apple, blueberry cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, caramel rRolls and cinnamon, $75.

Ordering Butter Braids before Oct. 26 will allow items to arrive in time to enjoy them for family get-togethers, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The product will be delivered Nov. 16 and may be picked up between 3 and 6 p.m. that day at the Parks and Recreation office at Robe-Ann Park, 405 Bloomington St., Greencastle.
