Storm Sewer Project

The Lafayette Street storm sewer replacement project in Cloverdale is making progress. Reed and Sons Construction is currently working north of Logan Street on the project, which started in recent weeks. Town Manager Wayne Galloway said the project will continue to Market Street and after the drain pipe is complete, a drain basin will be implemented to further assist with flooding issues. While the contractor is aiming to complete the project by Christmas, weather will be the defining factor. Galloway noted patience is appreciated from the community as the project moves forward.
