June D. Hadley

June D. Hadley, 89, Coatesville, passed away Thursday evening, Oct. 15, 2015 at Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle.

She was born in Fillmore on Feb. 10, 1926, the daughter of Woodson and Lillian Smith Darnall.

She married Lewis E. Hadley, and he preceded her on Sept. 17, 1997.

She and her husband were co-owners of the Coatesville Elevator and Feed Co. for 40 years. She then worked at the ASCS office in Greencastle for 10 years.

She was a member of the Eastern Star, Tuesday Club and the Indiana Grain Dealers.

She had served on the Hendricks County Fair Board and the Hendricks County Board of Health.

She is survived by her son, Woodie Hadley and wife, Jody, Coatesville, and daughter, Nancy Conley, Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Jolyn Stephenson, Laura Hadley and Jason Conley; and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded by her parents and husband.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Coatesville Cemetery with Pastor Larry Edwards officiating. Burial will follow.

Friends may call at the Bousley-Hays Funeral Home, Coatesville, on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
