Stress, Peace and Relaxation Hour at the library

On Friday, Nov. 13, from 4:30-5:30 p.m.,

Tendai, a Bonner Scholar, will guide participants through yoga and meditation at the Putnam County Public Library.

Participants will focus on the following goals: To learn the different ways one can be stressed, to learn different yoga poses that are fun, as well as relaxing, and to learn to meditate and be at peace. Participants should wear comfortable clothes for stretching and movement.
