Dishing up an Ivy Gallery lunch of teriyaki ranch chicken with bacon as the entree along with salad, appetizer and dessert, culinary arts students in Mary Anne Birt's Area 30 Career Center class get ready to serve their public Friday afternoon. Working with dishes created and prepared by the students, Bailey Stierwalt (left) of Eminence High School and Brie Calvert of North Putnam fill plates so servers like Chasta Muse of Eminence can wait on the tables in the Ivy Gallery restaurant at Area 30. Friday's lunch was the second of the semester with the third and final meal planned for Dec. 10. Due to limited capacity, seating is via reservation only.
