Pop-Up Shop Stop
With five invited local vendors taking part in a Vintage and Handmade Pop-Up Shop event for holiday shoppers Saturday evening, Myers 5 East made its debut as a new event space in Greencastle. Carolyn McKee (center) shows a customer some of her handmade Christmas ornaments on display in the One of A Kind Pottery booth she shares with husband Mark McKee. Meanwhile, Dessa Frank (background) of Designs by Dessa explains some of her handmade jewelry to customer Nancy Knox of Greencastle during the Small Business Saturday event that also allowed visitors to taste the Myers 5 East catering menu. Located at 5 E. Franklin St., Myers 5 East occupies the former Chief's restaurant site and is available to rent for meetings, parties, dinners or wedding and baby showers.
