Anna Marie Harvey

Anna Marie Harvey, 93, of Cicero, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 at Mill Pond Health Campus at Greencastle.

She was born Aug. 29, 1921 in Mt. Vernon, Ill., to Mr. & Mrs. Charles Taaka.

Anna Marie was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, gardening, crocheting and needlepoint. She and her husband also enjoyed ballroom, round and square dancing.

She married Earl Lee Harvey on October 17, 1941. He preceded her in death Sept. 12, 1998. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and a sister.

Surviving her is a daughter, Donna (Joe) Terry of Cloverdale, sons Wayne (Deannie) Harvey of Cicero and Ronald (Kay) Harvey of Mooresville, brother Paul Taaka of Mt. Vernon, Ill., five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 4 at 1 p.m., at Hartley Funeral Homes, 209 W. Jackson St., Cicero, IN 46034 with Elder John Knapp officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens near Castleton.
