-- Family Quiet Time in the Imagination Portal, 9 a.m.-non.

Looking for a little quiet in the library? These hours are for you. Enjoy the library without monitors, video games or music in the background.

-- Community Help Desk, 2-4 p.m.

Tech Help Desk has a computer technician available to give one-on-one assistance using software and electronic devices, and can help diagnose and repair your computers and devices.

-- One Hour of Code, 4-5 p.m.

Program is designed for kids ages 9-14. Learn how to code using fun software. Sign-up required due to computer space.

Tuesday, Dec. 8

-- Community Help Desk, 4-7 p.m.

-- Computer Class: Advanced Word Processing, 12-2 p.m.

Will discuss the more advanced features of modern word processing software like Microsoft Word and discuss cheaper and free alternatives to Microsoft. All classes are free and open to the public but registration is required since space is limited.

-- Ornament Making for Our Heroes' Tree, 6-7:30 p.m.

The public is invited to the library to make handmade ornaments to honor service members. These ornaments will be displayed on Our Heroes' Tree in the lobby. Supplies will be provided at no charge, and refreshments will be served.

Wednesday, Dec. 9

-- Baby Time, 10:30-11 a.m.

Sing songs, read stories, play with toys, talk, and laugh with your baby. After five sessions, receive a free Starbucks beverage coupon.

Thursday, Dec. 10

-- Toddler Time, 10-10:30 a.m.

Sing songs, hear stories and nursery rhymes, move around to music and action songs, and make a craft.

-- Community Help Desk, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

-- Pre-K Prime Time, 11-11:45 a.m.

Hear theme-based stories, move around and sing action songs, make a craft, and have a small snack.

-- Authors' Series Talk, book sale and signing by Stu Fabe, "Becoming Stardust" 6-7 p.m.

The library welcomes new author, Stuart Fabe, for an Authors' Series Talk, Q & A, sale and signing of his book, "Becoming Stardust."

Friday, Dec. 11

-- Family Quiet Time in the Imagination Portal, 9 a.m-noon.

-- Community Help Desk, 2-4 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 12

-- Pokemon League, 1-2 p.m.

PCPL provides a safe environment for youth ages 4-14 to play with their cards. -- TAB, 2-3 p.m.

Teen Advisory Board welcomes high school-aged students to participate in a group to share ideas about upcoming programs. TAB members are also eligible to volunteer.
