Santa Claus set to visit Roachdale VFW on Friday

ROACHDALE -- With Christmas spirit in full swing, the Roachdale VFW would like to invite anyone and everyone out to the VFW in Roachdale on Friday between 4-6 p.m. for a chance to take part in fun activities and visit with Santa.

Jim Cromwell, member of the VFW, said the day typically sees nearly one hundred kids from all over the county. So many, in fact, he estimates they visit from other areas, as well.

"We'll be starting at about 4 p.m. and Santa will be coming around 6 p.m.," Cromwell said.
