Operation Safe Ride

Following the success of last year's event on New Year's Eve, Moore's Bar owners Jay and Jackie Hopkins (left) along with Eddie, Amy, Darrel and Jill of Felling and Felling Law Office have again come together to sponsor Operation Safe Ride. Those looking to celebrate New Year's Eve at Moore's Bar will not only receive a free ride to the bar, but a free ride home as well from A Cab, owned by David Evens (right). Those looking to make reservations for a table at Moore's Bar may call 653-9939, while those looking to make a reservation to be taken to the bar via A Cab may call A Cab at 720-4050. A Cab will take reservations for arrivals, but all departures will be on a first-come, first-served basis with the free rides beginning at 6 p.m. A Cab will have three cars running that night.
