BG: What is different this year about being a senior?

AK: Everything feels different. Everything is a lot more important. I know it's my last year so every time I step onto the court its like I can only do this for so many more games. It's more important.

BG: Who are some of your biggest supporters off the court?

AK: We definitely have the softball team. We all go to their games and they go to ours so that's nice. We get alot of support from our friends and our parents. My parents make it to every home game.

BG: What is it like having a support system like that while you play?

AK: It's nice. They've always been at my games when I was young so it's nice having them there. It's nice that they can still experience this with me. Because after this year they won't have that.

BG: How has it been playing with this coaching staff this season?

AK: It's been fun. We got a new coaching staff this season but it's been fun. It's been amazing. They are all very good coaches and coach (Kris) Huffman is amazing. I've never had such a good coach before. Look at the record, she's the best out there. She knows how to coach the game.

BG: What is your favorite thing about your teammates?

AK : I like how we are off the court this year. We have a lot of good team chemistry. We are always there for each other and just good friends.

BG: Do you have any favorite memories playing at DePauw?

AK: My favorite momory would be winning the national championship my freshman year. It was pretty fun. Going 34-0. But everything about basketball at DePauw has been fun.

BG: What are your post DePauw plans?

AK: I'm planning to go to L.A. I'm chasing the dream. I want to be a televison writer. I always knew I wanted to do something with writing. One of my teammates and good friend during my sophomore year, she was a senior, and we wrote a TV show together and I realized how much I liked it. So ever since then I've been working on that.
