Gaylia Lee Bolinger, 52, of Brazil, passed away at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016 following a lengthy illness.

She was born May 18, 1963, in Clay County, the daughter of Freddie and Linda (Tribble) Bolinger.

Gayl, as she was often called, enjoyed crafting, sewing, crocheting and being around children. After high school she worked at various nursing homes and group homes in the Greencastle area. More recently she had been working at Red Cat warehouse in Plainfield before retiring in 2010.

She was preceded in death by her father Freddie Bolinger and her paternal grandparents Rev. Fred and Bernice Bolinger and her maternal grandparents Karl and Waneta Tribble.

Gayl is survived by her mother Linda Bolinger of Brazil; sister Tina Jarrell and husband Paul of Brazil; brother Tony Bolinger of Brazil; nieces and nephews Shawna Rentsch and husband Chris of Indianapolis, Andrea Jarrell of Greencastle, Kathryn Jarrell of Brazil, Aaron Jarrell of Lancaster, Ohio, and Nathan Jarrell of Vincennes; great-niece and nephews: Hailey Smallwood, Noah Rentsch, Darian Jarrell, Logan Spiker, Owen Doll and Jaden Jarrell; close family friends Jody and Bruce Henderson and Patti and George Daviau; and a beloved dog Bruno.

Memorial services will be at French Funeral Home, Brazil, at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon until time of services.
