Lady Clovers, Eagles fall on the road

The Cloverdale girls' had a tough time Tuesday at Rockville falling 57-40. This is the second loss in a row after the Clovers picked up a win against West Vigo. CHS lost to Cascade Friday. The next match for Cloverdale will be in the WIC crossover game where CHS will host its Putnam County rival South Putnam in the ninth-place game Friday.

The South Putnam boys' basketball team had a tough time as well, taking a loss on the road against Cascade 55-33. This is the tenth loss for South Putnam which hasn't had a win since its season opener at Turkey Run.

The Eagles have one more game at Monrovia before the WIC boys' crossover game in which the Eagle will face either County Rival North Putnam or Cascade depending on how the latter two fair against each other this weekend.
