Varvel - 50th Anniversary

Russ and Jeanne (Little) Varvel were united in marriage on Jan. 29, 1966 in the chapel of the First Christian Church by Reverend Maxwell Webb.

They have been blessed with two children, R. David (LeaAnn) of Fillmore and Melissa (Andy) of Avon.

Then their family was completed with five grandchildren, Dean and Mattie Varvel and Riley (Abbie), Keaton and Brooke Boswell and one great-granddaughter Hadleigh Boswell.

Russ retired from Schwerman Trucking in 1995. Jeanne retired from Oxford Automotive in 1998.

They reside six months in Florida and six months in Indiana.

They will celebrate with their Florida friends in January and with their family and friends in Indiana when they return this spring.
