Cloverdale Police

The Cloverdale Police Department recently issued one traffic citation..

Timothy J. Parrish, 26, of Cloverdale was cited for speeding 70 mph in a 45-mph zone at U.S. 231 and 900 South by the Cloverdale Police Department.

City Fire

The Greencastle Fire Department recently responded to three dispatches and one medical run.

* At 2:06 a.m. on Wednesday, GFD responded to a fire alarm at 110 E. Larabee St. The alarm had been set off by a pull station. GFD reset the alarm and returned to station.

* At 4:49 p.m. on Wednesday, GFD performed a carbon monoxide investigation at 1125 Avenue E. GFD was unable to detect any carbon monoxide at the residence.

* At 4:52 p.m. on Wednesday, GFD responded to a fire alarm at 905 S. College Ave. The alarm had been set off at a pull station in the building's basement. GFD resent the alarm and returned to station.
