DePauw Theatre will present "Seminar," a dark comedy by Pulitizer Prize nominee Theresa Reback, beginning Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and running until Feb. 3 in the Moore Theatre in the Green Center for the Performing Arts.

The production is recommended for mature audiences only, as it includes graphic language and suggestive sexual situations.

Tickets are $6 for general admission and $3 for students, and can be purchased online at www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2478334.

The audience is invited to a post-show reception in the Great Hall following opening night and a talk-back session after the Feb. 2 performance.

The play explores the lives of Kate, Martin, Douglas and Izzy, four young fiction writers living in New York City. They each pay $5,000 to participate in a 10-week seminar taught by the intelligent but degrading Leonard, whom the students quickly realize has no restraints on what he says or does. As the seminar progresses, the group's writing improves, their mindsets change and their relationships are tested.
