Home Bank SB opens Greencastle mortgage center
Home Bank SB recently opened its Mortgage Loan Center at 16 S. Jackson St, Suite 1B in Greencastle.
David Taylor, a mortgage loan officer at Home Bank since July of 2015, will be the sole officer serving the Putnam County area at the Greencastle location. His responsibilities include serving the loan needs of Putnam and surrounding counties, building and maintaining relationships in the area and facilitating business development in the market.
Taylor has been in the banking industry for more than 25 years, focusing mainly on national banking as a loan officer and credit analyst, managing commercial, real estate and customer lending portfolios.
He also has experience in the ag-consumer field where he was responsible for the growth and development of loan portfolios that included, but were not limited to: construction, purchase-money and refinancing.
Taylor is a Greencastle native and attended Greencastle High School before obtaining his bachelor's degree in English literature at DePauw University.
In his spare time, he enjoys serving on the board of trustees for the Putnam County Public Library and spending time with his friends and family.
