Fourth annual Taste of Delts set Saturday

The Fourth annual Delta Theta Tau sorority "Taste of Delts" event in memory of Sharon C. Evans is set for noon-2 p.m. on Saturday, March 12.

This year's event will be at a new location, The Inn at DePauw, 2 W. Seminary St., in the Social Center A and B Ballroom.

Tickets are $10 per person and are available at Eitel's & Co. Florist, Myers Market and from any Delt member.

Participants will receive a taste sampling of homemade salads and desserts perfect for an afternoon tea and recipe book. All dishes are prepared and served by Delt members.

This year, Jenny Sullivan will present the program "An Invitation to Tea." She will share tea etiquette, varieties of tea, benefits of tea, decorating ideas, how to serve and pamper your guests and more.

Proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction will be donated to local organizations and projects.

Doors will open at 11:45 p.m. and seating is limited.
